Our Delia dress in velvet feels like such a special dress. The cotton velvet is soft and warm and luxurious, and the cotton lacework collar perfects it. This dress has a high yoke with a gathered skirt and buttons to the front. The sleeves are full with an elastic cuff for comfort.
