Our Rosalind wrap dress is made in our woven floral stripe fabric. It has full sleeves with button cuffs and a sailor collar with velvet ribbon trim. It has a very full skirt with prairie frill and rows of velvet ribbon, and a fabric tie at the waist. It's full skirt makes this an excellent dress for twirling!
